How do I place my order?
To place an order, please follow the below given steps:
First browse all our products until you find something you like. Once you’ve chosen what you want, select the size. Kindly refer to our size chart for reference which is given.
Once you have selected the size, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button
After adding all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right corner. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’ page to proceed further for payment options.
Confirm your shipping address, and then select the desired payment method you want to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’ option.

How to check that my order is placed successfully or not?
Once you place the order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order with your order ID to track. You’ll also receive another email once your order is shipped out for delivery. You can also track the order status by tracking id.
How long will it take to be deliver my order?
The delivery of orders are depend upon the pin code location. Normally it is delivered in 1-4 business days in metros and maximum of 4-7 business days on other locations. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors like public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.
How to change the shipping address of my order?
To change your shipping address please logging in to your Veirdo account. You can select the order placed and then click on “Change address” button to change your address.
Do you ship the products to an international address?
We are sorry to inform you that, At present, We are not offering shipping for international orders. We are only offering it for domestic orders.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password and how to reset it?
If you have forgotten the password to get the new password, Please click on forgot password at the login page which we will send you an email with a link to generate your new password and login again.
How do you notify me the dispatch and delivery details of the orders placed?
Once you place the order, you will receive Email and SMS with order details and tracking id. You can track the status with the help of tracking id. What happens if your courier partner is unable to deliver the product or pincode is non serviceable?
Our Courier partner will make three attempts to deliver the products to you before returning the product back to our warehouse. You may contact us at email@example.com or call us on - 6352449482 to speak to the executive to place a re-dispatch request. We are available from 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday.

What should I do if the money is deducted while placing my order using my Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking option but the order was not successful?
We would request you to check your bank account to ensure if your account has been debited or not. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it may be due to some technical issue and you may please inform your bank with the screen shot and transaction id.

Any hidden charges will be there?
There will not be any hidden charges for the products. Only for COD orders you have to pay extra for the shipping charges as mentioned.
What if my order is undelivered?
If our courier partner is unable to deliver the products to your location and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund as Veirdo points to your Veirdo Wallet account which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.

What are the Return and Replacement Policy and terms?
We accept returns or replacement within 15 days of product delivered.
If you have received a defective product or wrong product then please send us Video & Images while opening the package and send it to email@example.com and we will get back to you. Once it is confirmed by our QC Team we will send you the replacement or refund as Veirdo Points on your Veirdo Wallet as per your convenience.
If you want to replace the combo pack, you have to return the whole pack for replacement. For any query regarding manufacturing issue, or any other query, you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are requested to courier the product to us at the address mentioned below and we will reimburse courier charges incase of manufacturing defects only. (You will be credited Rs.100 cashback. If courier costs more than Rs.100, please retain your invoice and we will reimburse you accordingly)
What is the process to Return or Replace the product?
We will refund amount in VEIRDO wallet and in case of replacement we will replace it with the option you have selected like size issue or received damaged product etc . First Login to your Veirdo account and go the ‘My Orders’ tab. Click on ‘View/Edit Order Details’ for the respective order and then choose the reason for refund or replacement and proceed.
Self-Ship, We request you to send us the product through self-ship as we do not have reverse pickup. We will credit the points in your Veirdo wallet for the shipping.
When replacement is not possible?
Below are the scenarios where we cannot support replacement of products
- Request for Replacement is made after completion of 15 days’ time.
- Product received in damage condition or used condition
- For any defective or wrong product we would require video and images of product while opening the packet.
- Products with tampered or missing barcodes or tags or without original packaging, freebies or accessories
What is the replacement policy for the orders placed during a sale?
All orders placed during sale, we accept replacement of the products but not refund with in the 15 days of delivery.
We request you to send us unused products and pack the product securely to prevent any loss of damage during intransit. Product should be good condition with all original tags attached and packaging.

On receiving the product at the warehouse, Veirdo points will be credited to your Veirdo wallet for Courier Charges born by you. We recommend to send it through speed post as it is a Government of India owned entity and widely distributed postal network in India.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
How can I cancel my order placed?
To cancel the order please logging to Veirdo account and click on orders tab and select the “Cancel Orders” option to cancel it. After the order is shipped status you cannot make any changes.
What are the terms for refunding the courier charges?
Once we receive the product send from your end we will send you replacement or refund the credit points on your Veirdo wallet. For any other assistance/issues you can write to us at email@example.com.
What if I haven't received my points yet?
Veirdo points will be credited with in 24-48 hours. For any other assistance/issues you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you take bulk orders?
Yes, we take bulk orders. Please select the Bulk orders option given on footer with your company details, contact number, email id, Product details and quantity. You can email us all the details at email@example.com.
How to get updates of latest offers or products?
Once your registration process is complete, you will automatically receive marketing emails and SMS's etc. We request you to unsubscribe it if you do not want to receive such messages or emails.
How to add more products in my order?
Once you order is placed we cannot add more products. You can create fresh order to buy the products you want to add.
What if I'm not available at the time when product is going to be arrived?
Our courier partner will try to attempt 3 times. You can inform the courier partner to come and deliver it at your convenient time.
What is Veirdo Buyer Protection?
At Veirdo we care for customers and want to provide resolution of any issue as per the policy and terms. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org in case of any issue or raising the dispute. We check each dispute to provide best resolution to the customers for any issues.
Wash Care Instructions to be taken care off
- For Single Jersey Topwear and bottom wear like T-shirts, Vests, Tops, T-Shirt Dresses, Shorts and Track pant.
- Please do not bleach or wash with chlorine based detergent.
- Please do not iron on stitches, trims, seams or embellishments as it may cause them to open due to high temperature.
- Please do not soak more than 15-25 minutes
- Please do not wring
- Please do not use hard brushes as it can damage the prints
- Please do not leave the iron at one place for long time.
- Please do not iron directly on prints (in case of printed products)
- Machine wash cold water
- Wash/dry inside out
- Fabric may loss colour so please wash it separately
- Tumble dry low
- Warm iron needed.
