RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY 

Didn’t like your weirdo look? No worries, you can return or exchange your Veirdo purchase within 7 days of delivery, free of charge for exchanges. We want you to love your look.

Easy returns

For prepaid orders: Any returns or exchanges will be refunded in full to your original payment method, such as your bank account or credit card.
For Cash on Delivery orders: We'll refund the order amount to your bank account, but please note you'll need to provide your bank or UPI details for us to process the refund. Unfortunately, the COD charge itself is non-refundable.

Combo Offer, Cart Offer & Refund Policy

For orders purchased under any combo offer, cart offer, bundle discount, or promotional deal (such as Buy 2, Buy 3, cart value discounts, or similar offers), the discounted pricing is applicable only when all offer conditions are fulfilled and retained by the customer.

If a customer returns one or more products from such an order, resulting in the offer conditions no longer being met, the promotional discount/offer will be considered void. In such cases:

The returned product(s) refund amount will be recalculated after removing the applicable offer or discount.

The product(s) retained by the customer will be charged at the regular selling price available on the website (without offer benefits).

The final refund amount will be adjusted accordingly after revising the order value based on standard product pricing.

This policy applies to all combo offers, cart-based offers, bundle discounts, and promotional schemes available on the website.

Need to exchange for something else?

Exchanging is easy. Choose a new item you love. If it's more expensive, you can simply pay the difference at checkout. If it's less expensive, we'll send you a gift card for the remaining amount.

Return or exchange your Veirdo buys in 6 easy steps (within 7 days of delivery):

Log in to your account and go to ‘Return/Exchange’ tab
Enter your registered email or phone number used for the order
Select the order you want to return or exchange
Choose the reason for your return/exchange and click ‘Proceed’
Double-check your pickup and shipping details (you can even edit them if needed)
That's it. We'll take care of the rest to ensure a smooth return or exchange experience.

Our exchange policy is currently for India only
To approve your return or exchange request, we might ask for photos of the product.
For cases of insufficient quantity delivered, it is mandatory to provide an unboxing video.

Defective/damaged product

Don't fret; fashion mishaps happen. Just shoot us a message on WhatsApp with some pics or an unboxing video of the product, and we'll get a brand new one on its way to you ASAP. We want you feeling 100% confident in your Veirdo look.

No Return Policy (Applicable with “NORETURN” Coupon)

Products purchased using the “NORETURN” coupon are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy

• Only size exchange is allowed for these orders.
• Exchanges are subject to availability of sizes at the time of request.
• If the requested size is unavailable, no return or refund will be processed.
  
  

Price Difference (Exchange Upgrade)

• Customers may exchange for a higher-value product by paying the price difference.
• Exchange to a lower-value product is not permitted.
  
  

Important Notes

• No refunds, store credits, or cancellations will be provided for orders placed using the “NORETURN” coupon.
• Exchange requests must be raised within the defined exchange window (if applicable).
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.
