1. How do I place an order?
Buying a Veirdo product is as easy as A, B, C
A.Select your size and click on ‘Add to Cart’
B.Proceed to checkout
C.Confirm your shipping address and pay for your order
2. How can I check if my order went through?
You'll receive a confirmation email and a Whatsapp notification with your order ID and details once your order is placed. Use the order ID to track your order status.
3. What if I forgot my password?
No worries. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We'll send you an email to reset your password and get you back on track.
4. Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, you can't add items to an order once it's placed. But hey, you can always create a new order to grab those extra goodies.

- How long does it take to get my order?
We're fast, we typically process orders within 24-48 hours because we make our own clothes and manage our stock. Delivery times then depend on your location:
- Metros: Your order will arrive in 1-4 days
- Rest of India: Your package will be there in 4-7 days
- Are there any shipping charges?
Nope, shipping is free for prepaid orders. However, there is a ₹50 cash handling fee for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, and this fee is not refundable if you return your items.
- How can I track my order?
We'll send you an order ID by email and WhatsApp. Use that ID to track your package.
- How can I change the shipping address of my order?
It’s easy. Log in to your account, find the order, and click "Change Address”. Remember, once your order is shipped you can’t change your shipping address.
- Do you ship everywhere in India?
Absolutely, we're on a mission to clothe all of India.
- Do you ship products to international addresses?
No, we don’t ship internationally (yet).
- What happens if your courier partner is unable to deliver the product or the pincode is non-serviceable?
Our courier partners will try three times to deliver your order. If they can't reach you, the package will return to our warehouse. Contact us via Whatsapp or call 6352449482 (Mon-Sat, 9 AM to 6 PM) to arrange a re-delivery.
- What should I do if the money is deducted while placing my order using my Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking option but the order was not successful?
Ugh, tech glitches are the worst. Check your bank account to see if the funds were deducted. If they were, contact your bank with a screenshot and transaction ID for help. You can also reach us via Whatsapp or call 63524 49482 for further assistance.
- How can I pay?

- Cancellations
Need to cancel your Veirdo order? Whatsapp "Hi, cancel order" to 63524 49482 before it ships. Click on "Talk to Agent" to connect with us.
- Returns/Replacements
Didn’t like your Veirdo look? No worries, you can return or exchange your Veirdo purchase within 7 days of delivery, free of charge for exchanges. We want you to love your look.
- Easy returns
- For prepaid orders: Any returns or exchanges will be refunded in full to your original payment method, such as your bank account or credit card.
- For Cash on Delivery orders: We'll refund the order amount to your bank account, but please note you'll need to provide your bank or UPI details for us to process the refund. Unfortunately, the COD charge itself is non-refundable.
- Need to exchange for something else?
Exchanging is easy. Choose a new item you love. If it's more expensive, you can simply pay the difference at checkout. If it's less expensive, we'll send you a gift card for the remaining amount.
- Return/exchange procedure:
Return or exchange your Veirdo buys in 6 easy steps (within 7 days of delivery):
- Visit https://veirdo.in/
- Log in to your account and go to ‘Return/Exchange’ tab
- Enter your registered email or phone number used for the order
- Select the order you want to return or exchange
- Choose the reason for your return/exchange and click ‘Proceed’
- Double-check your pickup and shipping details (you can even edit them if needed)
That's it. We'll take care of the rest to ensure a smooth return or exchange experience.
Note:
- Our exchange policy is currently for India only
- To approve your return or exchange request, we might ask for photos of the product
- Snapping pics or a quick unboxing video while you open your order is super helpful

- Defective/damaged product
Don't fret, fashion mishaps happen. Just shoot us a message on Whatsapp with some pics or an unboxing video of the product, and we'll get a brand new one on its way to you ASAP. We want you feeling 100% confident in your Veirdo look.

How to add more products in my order?
Once you order is placed we cannot add more products. You can create fresh order to buy the products you want to add.
What if I'm not available at the time when product is going to be arrived?
Our courier partner will try to attempt 3 times. You can inform the courier partner to come and deliver it at your convenient time.
